Well, starting to see some improvement with split times of 2:06 appearing on my record sheet, I still need to work on my consistency. Which means sticking to a breathing pattern and hitting the wall well every time I tumble. So practice, practice, practice is still the key.
I see some more kick sessions coming, because when I get tired I have that tendency which is pretty common,that is to pause in the kick, when I breathe or think about another of my stroke too much.
Now a Mum of two adorable little boys, I am juggling a preschooler, a new baby, teaching, training and coaching.
