I can feel improvement in my kick, it is more consistent. What I am really aiming for is that gorgeous glide to the wall at the end of a kick length, so not quite generating the strength and power just yet.
Although a short set today there was a lot less fins, 1km in 23min, still looking at 2:30 split time, with drills. later on this week I am going to trial 1km no drills just steady swimming to see if I can pick up the pace somewhat.
On the look out for more fun ways to beat the fog and just keep swimming!!
