4 x 50 - Single arm pull - no fins
4 x 50 - Breast Stroke arms dolphin kick with fins
4 x 50 - Catch up no fins
4 x 50 - Single arm pull with dolphin Kick
4 x 50 - Back stroke with fins ( cool down )
Goal is to swim faster and further - stroke issues to work on is to strengthen my kick and get rid of the random pauses - definitely some extra kick work to come!
So that was my first session - next one will be on Saturday morning, where the gorgeous Holly will be looking after Bramley on the poolside!
